How do I submit a warranty claim with TenPoint for my broken crossbow?
NOTE: If you have not already registered your crossbow, you should do so prior to contacting TenPoint. Please visit our Warranty Registration page to submit your warranty registration online by clicking HERE.
An Authorized Service Center in your area may be able to perform Warranty Service for you. A list of Authorized Service Centers can be found by clicking HERE. NOTE: You can expect to pay a labor charge to the Authorized Service Center Dealer for the crossbow repair even if the parts are covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty and sent to the Dealer at no charge.
You can also submit a Return Authorization Form online by clicking HERE or call our Customer Experience Team at 330-628-9245 (M-F, 9 am to 5 pm, ET) for troubleshooting or to obtain a Return Authorization number to ship your crossbow to TenPoint for service.
You must obtain a Return Authorization Number from TenPoint prior to returning a broken product for repair.
