How It Works
  1. Submit Your Request:
    Fill out and submit the order form below with your contact details and bow serial number.

  2. Review & Verification:
    Our customer service team will review your submission and verify your crossbow’s serial number.

  3. Payment & Activation:
    Once verified, we will email you a secure payment link. Your Elite Warranty registration will be activated immediately after payment is completed.
Key Coverage Details
  • Covers repairs for all operational damage and user errors for 5 years.
  • Coverage applies strictly to repairs; crossbow exchanges or full unit replacements are not included.
  • Does not cover routine string and cable changes, labor charges at independent authorized service centers, or incoming freight costs to TenPoint.

  • Must be purchased within 30 days of your crossbow purchase.
  • Applies only to the original owner (non-transferable).
  • Valid only for customers residing in the United States.
  • Not available for Certified Pre-Owned models.
