Description

Increases String-to-Nock Engagement by 28%

TenPoint’s Alpha-Nock features a deep bowstring groove, a large smooth radius base, and elongated ears. The string on TenPoint’s extremely narrow crossbows wraps tightly around the center of the Alpha-Nock resulting in straight nock travel and precision down-range accuracy, while minimizing string serving wear.

The Alpha-Nock’s deep groove and large radius base “holds” the bowstring in place on extremely narrow crossbows to prevent “shoot-over” or “shoot-under”.

Are the polymer Apha nocks going to be translucent green and red or are they going to be clear? You think the clear would provide better visibility with the lighted nock system.

Asked by: amonte10
They will be a translucent green and red. The material we are using is reinforced with fibers for increased strength, so clear is not an option. The current material works very well and provides good light transmission.

I have different size id arrows, do the Alpha-Nocks come with the different receivers in the same package?

Asked by: Maxairedale
The current aluminum Alpha nock is just the cap. You can buy just the receivers for the ID of your arrow. When the polymer Alpha comes on line in April, we have a lighted kit that will have nocks, lights and 3 different ID receivers. .297, .300 and .305.

I sent my 2018 shadow nxt in for the new T5 trigger upgrade and new strings, I was using omni nocks 2.0, now they say I need to use the new alfa Nock the sent me 3, so the new T5 trigger requires the new nocks and the T4 trigger does not is that correct.

Asked by: Jdsayre
You can use your Omni nocks, but the Alpha nock is better. It provides a better connection to the string and will provide less wear on your center serving. Polymer Alpha nocks will be available in April that will be lightable as well.

Received alpha nocks from Tenpoint with trigger upgrade on my 2018 Stealth NXT, Weight of alpha nock is 33.3 grs. Weight of onmni nock is 16.3grs. ( No lightstick). Will the future lighted alpha nocks be the same weight? Affect on speed & accuracy?

Asked by: paul73
We will have polymer Alpha nocks available in April. They will weigh about 17 grains. Both the aluminum and polymer provide good accuracy.

I own a Wickwd Ridge Warrior. And I shoot carbon bolts with oni nocks. Do I have to or not change my nocks over to the Alpha Nocks? Will it make that much difference in bsting mating ? Will all new crossbows in the 10 Point family need new alpha nocks

Asked by: SAm8491
Your Warrior is fine with Omni nocks. You can shoot the Alpha if you want but it is not needed.

Had to have my 2018 Stealth NXT in for repair due to string missed the arrow utilizing the Omni nock. Tenpoint repaired my crossbow & replaced my bolts sent w/ the Alpha nock. I have 3 more bolts at home shouldn't I receive replacement nocks for them too?

Asked by: mnshunter
The Omni nocks are fine to use but the Alpha is better. We have more aluminum Alpha nocks for sale on our web site or the polymer version that are light able will be available in April.

A better question is will there be any noticeable difference in accuracy, increase or decrease if I switched from omni nock to the alpha nock in my Turbo GT. Also I am planning on getting an invader x4 for my son where I would ask the same question?

Asked by: rjs040909
Thee is only a slight accuracy increase with the Alpha nock. It is not needed on the GT or the Invader but can be used.
