Description

Increases String-to-Nock Engagement by 28%

TenPoint’s Alpha-Nock features a deep bowstring groove, a large smooth radius base, and elongated ears. The string on TenPoint’s extremely narrow crossbows wraps tightly around the center of the Alpha-Nock resulting in straight nock travel and precision down-range accuracy, while minimizing string serving wear.

The Alpha-Nock’s deep groove and large radius base “holds” the bowstring in place on extremely narrow crossbows to prevent “shoot-over” or “shoot-under”.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another Great Idea From TenPoint !!! I shoot the Nitro X with the aluminum omni nock...I did have serving wear after a lot of shots. I replaced the string for hunting season.. Then after the hunting season, I saw the new Alpha nock.. It looked a lot better to me. I bought some to try out … Been shooting these Alpha nocks and I am very pleased...No wear on the serving at al !!!..I been shooting a lot more than I did before and the serving looks like new yet!! There are a little heavy at 32 gr, but the accuracy is outstanding !! Can't wait for the lighted version coming out in April...Way to go TenPoint, another winner !!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally the "right" nock While the other nocks did work ok, this is the nock to use! Especially with the new narrow bows like the Nitro X and Stealth NXT. Have been getting improved accuracy and I think string life will be better too. Bravo Tenpoint! The only nock I'm using these days.

I have a Stealth bow with aluminum alpha nocks and red light sticks. I am thinking about buying the red polymer alpha nocks. Are the polymer nocks functional with the light sticks for lighted nocks?

I know the Alpha-Nocks are not required for the Invader X4 but would there be any benefit to using them? After about 75 shots my serving is separating. Would these help?

Asked by: Paul66
You can use Alpha-Nocks in your Invader X4 crossbow, but you may have an issue that is causing the serving separation that is not related to the nock-style you are using. Please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance by calling 330-628-9245 Option 2 or by emailing info@tenpointcrossbows.com for more information.

Should I use Omni-nocks or Alpha-nocks on my Horton Vortec? It shipped iwth Omnis.

Asked by: RDS9601
You can use either the Omni-Nock or the Alpha-Nock. If you are purchasing new arrows and nocks, we recommend using the Alpha-Nock, as it has certain advantages over the Omni-Nock.

We will only be producing the green molded polymer and the red molded polymer Alpha-Nocks. We will not have a clear version available. The green molded nocks are available for shipment and the red molded version should be in stock by July 1st.

What is the holdup with the red alpha nocks? It seems like the date keeps getting pushed back and pushed back.

Asked by: Hippiejagr68
Only the green molded polymer Alpha-Nock will be available through the end of 2019. We expect that the red molded polymer Alpha-Nock will be available in 2020.

Shooting the Titan RCX, which states that it is recommended for Omni-Nock. Would it be beneficial to switch to Alpha or stay put? Also, would switching void warranty on that certain bow?

Asked by: Kzooky2
You can shoot either the Omni-Nock or the Alpha-Nock out of the Titan RCX. Shooting the Alpha-Nock will not void your warranty. The Alpha-Nock is our most recent nock design and, due to its unique shape, has advantages over the Omni-Nock.
