What is a Return Authorization Number?

A Return Authorization Number is a unique number assigned to you for the return of a product to TenPoint.  All product returns must have a Return Authorization Number boldly marked on the outside of each shipping container. 

If you ship an item to TenPoint for return or for repair and do not indicate the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the container, the shipment will be refused and will be returned to you. 

Be sure to record the Return Authorization Number when it is assigned to you, as you should reference this number when contacting us during the repair/return process.
