No. We will pay the cost to ship the crossbow from your home to our repair facility and will also pay the cost to return ship the crossbow back to your home.
Please call our Customer Experience Team at 800-548-6837 or 330-628-9245 (M-F, 9 am to 5 pm, ET) to obtain a Return Authorization Number and a shipping label.
