PositionCustomer Experience Representative, Level I

Department: Customer Experience

Job Purpose: The primary purpose of this position is to provide a superior sales and service experience to customers and dealers via phone and email.

Essential Duties:
  • Assist customers and dealers with product and service questions, sales requests, return requests, technical support, and resolution of conflicts or customer dissatisfaction with services and products.
  • Enter data into computer, including warranty cards, customer information, and return authorization surveys.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
Education/Certification Requirements:
  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalency.
Experience and Skill Requirements:
  • Minimum six (6) months prior customer service or administrative experience.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel, ability to learn Epicor system.
Competencies:
  • Costumer Service - providing warm, genuine care for clients to resolve disputes, offer services, answer questions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Interpersonal Skills and Communication Skills - to be able to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and consumers
  • Sense of urgency – a sense that immediate action is required
  • Attention to Detail - achieves thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task through concern for all areas involved
  • Accuracy - One’s ability to work or perform without making mistakes

PositionAccounting Intern

Department: Accounting Intern

Job Purpose: The primary purpose of this position is to assist both the Accounts Receivable Specialist and the Accounts Payable Specialist with a variety of responsibilities from both.  

Essential Duties:
  • Handle all incoming mail to the accounting department and distribute accordingly
  • Enter approved credit memos as needed
  • Enter completed EDI invoices as needed
  • Maintain customer correspondence folders
  • File daily AR invoices and retail orders
  • File daily AP invoices
  • Assist Accounts Receivable in matching invoices to internal packing documents
  • Assist Accounts Payable in matching invoices to packing slips for payment process
  • Prepare customer invoices for mailing
  • Perform other related analytical assignments as required by Accounts Receivable Specialist, Accounts Payable Specialist, and Controller
Education/Certification Requirements:
  • Requires pursuit of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting 
Experience and Skill Requirements:
  • Accounting experience preferred but not necessary
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
