Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pro Elite Crossbow Bolts - Accurate and Durable I bought a Nitro RDX with Pro Elite bolts last year and shot a whitetail doe in my first archery season. I found the bolts to be very consistent and accurate in practice. When I shot the doe, the bolt completely passed through and imbedded itself in the ground. I found the bolt (thanks to the lit nock) and it had no damage. I'll use my "lucky bolt" again this season.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best bolts made by my opinion. I have used the Pro-Elite carbon arrows since buying my six point Maverick crossbow. I have shot white tale deer with them and was able to reuse them again. Great arrows and a great price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wickedly accurate crossbow bolts! I first became aware of Pro Elite Carbon bolts after borrowing my younger brother's TenPoint crossbow three seasons ago. When I purchased my own TenPoint Titan Extreme crossbow, I just naturally wanted the same speed and power in my bolts as I'd experienced with my brother's crossbow. The practice groups are small, so small that I only shoot at the same spot a couple of times before using a different targeting area. No Robin Hooding for my bolts! In the field, they fly true and always deliver a punch that has consistently required less than 100 yards of tracking. More will be on order for my upcoming birthday (spring turkey is just around the corner)!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very consistent grooups I purchased a 6 pack of the Pro Elite Omni-Brite 2.0 arrows (HEA-638.6) and a 6 pack of the standard Pro Elite (HEA-620.3) arrows. Because of the cost difference my plan was to use the standard arrows for target practice and the Omni-Brite arrows for hunting. The standard arrows were great, very consistent. I decided to shoot just one of the lighted arrows to verify that they flew the same as the others. The first time I removed the nock to turn off the light the whole insert came out of the shaft. No big deal, I simply glued it back in but I had big problems with the arrow not grouping with the standard arrows. I was about to call Ten Point and return all 6 of the Omni-Brite arrows when I noticed a wear mark on the down vane. After close inspection of all the arrows it appeared that the nock was not aligned properly with the down vane of the arrow. Given all the indents on the omni-nock I assumed it didn't make any difference how the nock was installed. Believe me, it makes a big difference. At least it does on my Turbo GT. You need to make certain that two of the opposing indents on the Omni-Nock are aligned perpendicular to the down vane of the arrow. I used a tooth pick placed across opposing indents in the nock to insure it was perpendicular to the vane and the arrow now flies perfectly, grouping tightly with the standard arrows. Don't know why they have 5 indents on the nocks when only two are used if aligned properly. My other complaint about the arrows is that both the standard and the Omni-Brite came with glossy white down vanes. The two arrows in the quiver stick out like a sore thumb due to the white vanes. Waving a white Kleenex around your tree stand or blind might do a better job of attracting the attention of deer or other critters but not by much. There are few things in the woods that are pure white. A deer's rear end and my arrows are two of them. I used a permanent felt tip marker to paint them black. Whoever's idea it was to use glossy white vanes needs to spend some time in a tree stand trying to be invisible.

I purchased a Titan Extreme from Cabela's in 2016 that did not include bolts. At the time their website suggested buying HEA-620.3 Pro Elite 22/64 20" bolts. Is this still a good choice? Also is it cost effective to have vanes replaced on these bolts?

Asked by: Johnny 6
Yes, the HEA-620.3 will work and also the newer HEA-630.3 Pro Elites.

what are the best arrows for my 2018 WR warrior and my 2014 TP venom ? what are the best broad heads and weight to use ?

Asked by: monte carlos
The Pro Elite will be a good choice for both of those bows, as will the 100 grain Spitfire in the crossbow version.

I used to just be able to pull the omni nocks out of my proelite arrows and replace with lumenoks. However I cannot do that with the new 2-piece omni nocks. How do I get them out? I've already broke one off trying to pull it out.

Asked by: Kent
Click the link below for a video showing removal. The new version is designed to easily convert to the lighted Omni Brite system and all current TenPoint bows need to be shooting Omni nocks. https://www.tenpointcrossbows.com/videos/arrows/how-to-remove-old-nocks-and-install-your-omni-nocks-in-carbon-arrows-85/

Got a few vanes that need to be replaced. What kind are they and where can we pick some up?  Thanks!!

Asked by: Pete151
We are currently using the Bohning X vane. Most archery shops will have no problem getting them for you if they don’t have them in stock.

I bought the WICKED RIDGE INVADER X4, do you recommend these arrows for hunting with my crossbow or are there other arrows you recommend?

Asked by: TCL67
The ProElite arrows will do very well for a hunting arrow. It has good weight, front of center balance and is nice and stiff.

I purchased a new Shadow NXT last week. I got three ProElite arrows with green/white vanes. The arrow weight is about 444 grains. All my other ProElite arrows with green/white vanes weigh about 427 grain. Why is the weight so much more this time ?

Asked by: BobbyS
The new Pro Elites (HEA-630) have the 2 piece Omni Nock system that makes it easier to install the lighted nocks, so the nock is different and weighs a little more.
