Description

The Industry's First Compact, Fully-Retractable Rope-Cocker

The patent pending ACUrope is a revolutionary portable, retractable crossbow rope-cocker that cocks a crossbow like traditional rope-cockers on the market today – but that’s where the comparison ends. When the shooter is finished cocking the bow, the ACUrope’s draw cord completely retracts inside one of the two grips. Then, the grips dovetail neatly together to form a compact unit that the hunter can conveniently slip inside a belt-mounted holster or pouch. The unit’s slender draw cords, pound-for-pound, 15-times stronger than steel, are made of heat and abrasion resistant SPECTRA® 1000 fiber.

  • Clever, convenient, and user-friendly
  • Draws the bow accurately every time
  • Lightweight and affordable
  • No more dangling ropes or handles
  • Works on most crossbow brands on the market
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Makes Pulling Back Your Bow Way Easier Very simple to use and reduces the pull back weight by a lot. This is well worth the money when compared to the basic rope pull back strings from the box stores. My only criticism is that there is no good place to store them while in the tree because of how bulky they are when in the case. I like to keep them in a place that is easy access for a second shot IF needed, but they're too bulky to put in a jacket pocket. I had to modify mine with a clip so that i could hang it from my shooting rail. The case does use a magnet flap that makes little to no noise to open and close. All and all it is worth the money so buy it

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Must Have Accessory I bought a Ten Point crossbow with a crank. It works great for cocking my crossbow before heading to my stand on those cold mornings when my arthritis is acting up (So far it has been a rare occurrence). However, the crank is too slow and too noisy to use in the field. So, I bought the ACUrope. Cocking the crossbow with the ACUrope is easier than I thought. I can cock my crossbow a dozen times during practice without tiring. It is quiet and quick enough to use in the field. It’s light and does not take much space in my pack. I have used it hundreds of times and it does not show any wear or tear. I like the crank as a backup device. But as long as my arthritis does not get worse, the ACUrope is my go to cocking device.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome cocking aid I have used other cocking aids and to simply put it, they are no match for this. I can't say it enough on how much I hate when I am out on a hunt or simply practicing that tangled mess of cable or the sound of the other cocking aids I have frustrate me. The retractable 10 point acurope point makes it easy to get the aid attached to the string without flipping and moving the feet to the center of the aid to get a consistent draw. Also the bag is nice to keep it concealed in a day pack without worry about it smashing around and causing unwanted noise.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Enjoy this product This rope cocker makes cocking my cross-bow so easy. I find that while practicing, the repetitive task of cocking the cross bow is not an issue. I could cock and fire all day long without any issues. very glad I purchased this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glad I opted for acurope instead of acudraw Opted for acurope instead of the acudraw, glad I did. I was wary that I would bump the acudraw while still hunting so I got the acurope. Works very well, case stays closed, rope retracks everytime without any problems, right on my belt when every I need it

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo GT Got a new Turbo GT and decided to try the ACUrope. First time I tried using it I got it half way pulled back and the rope broke. Now I am concerned about my new crossbow that has been dry fired.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works like a charm and compact too! Bought this as was tired of tangled cocker ropes. I previously had just the ropes and handles and they always seemed to get tangled. Not to mention they are bulky in you pocket after the crossbow is cocked This is a huge improvement. No more tangled ropes and is very compact when storing.

Will This work on my Nitro X? I want a backup to the AcuDraw Pro that is on it.

Asked by: John Scott
There is no back-up cocking mechanism for the ACUdraw PRO on the Nitro X or the Nitro XRT crossbow models. You cannot use a rope style cocker because the riser at the center of the flight rail is an obstruction to your hands when attempting to cock the bow this way.

Will this work on a Titan M1

Asked by: Brian Rackley
No. The string angle is too narrow on the Titan M1 and it will cause the hooks to jump above the flight rail and lock in place without cocking the string. You should use the ACUSLED, which is similar to the ACUROPE, but with a sled instead of hooks: https://www.tenpointcrossbows.com/shop/ACUsled-P196.aspx

Is there a draw weight limit for the acurope? I have a 290lb draw weight on my crossbow. Is it safe to use?

Asked by: Jason00
The cord that the ACUrope utilizes has an 800-pound test strength, so it will hold up.

Brand new turbo GT with acu rope cocker jumps rails every time about 8 inches up shortened rope by 6 inches still jumps rails every time ??? Can shorten a bit more but wanted advice seems like the angle of the rails is not set up for this co

Asked by: Darin
You need to make sure you are pulling the handles down below the plane of the barrel deck. If you pull at an angle that takes the handles about the barrel deck, the hooks will follow.
