Description

Replacement ACUdraw Hand Crank.

*Holster not included

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TenPoint Nitro XRT Accudraw Pro I recently purchased a TP Nitro XRT and have been upset with the Accudraw Pro that is designed into it. They did not design a way to keep the crank handle from falling out while you are walking through the woods. I've bumped it several times and it has fallen right off. I'm upset that they are charging so much for this crossbow yet they have completely ignored this terrible flaw. I do not want to walk through the woods only to get there and find out I lost the crank to draw the string back. TenPoint really needs to remedy this flaw because they put it in with their design. It is not an Accudraw issue it is a TenPoint issue.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from hand crank It works good but the small magnet in the end gets out of place and the crank dose not go on all the way. I removed it and works good.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Can't Crank Without It... Obviously a must for the ACUdraw cranking system, but handle storage can be problematic. My Turbo XLT came with this system and include a storage holster. This was a bit unhandy, as it added yet another item to my hunting belt and the hook-and-loop strap is noisy when you have that big boy you missed standing there wondering what just whizzed over his back. In times like this, it's best just to leave the handle in the holster and hand cock the bow. But you can't do that with the newer, ultra-narrow bows so an upgrade to the ACUdraw Pro is a must.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from add me to the list whose hand crank fell out This is the first season I have owned my bow. Practiced with it, ready go go hunting. Got in the tree stand and the crank handle was gone. I know I tucked it in to its slot, but the slot isn't good enough. I'm going to have to pay for a new one, miss 2 days of hunting, and start carrying it separately. I'll admit this review is for the crank; the crossbow overall seems great and I'm hoping to take a deer with it soon.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from ACUdraw Hand Crank Handle When handling crossbow handle can bump against bottom of stock. That's enough noise to have a whitetail jump out of it's skin when moving past 25ft below. If removing handle and storing it in jacket/pants pocket socket end can fall out. Very difficult to find with 60+ yr old eyes!! I cannot cock a crossbow with out a crank so am stuck with using one as it is a necessity. Had to end up using a 1/4 drive ratchetin a pinch will carry a spare in the future.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ten Point Nitro XRT Hand Crank On three separate occasions the ACUdraw Hand Crank became dislodged from its anchor place in the handle requiring me to retrace my route in search of the hand crank. Unfortunately on the third occasion, I was unable to locate the hand crank. The Nitro XRT is an excellent crossbow, how I truly believe the design engineers need to rework the hand crank cradle that houses the crank in the handle.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stealth handle The handle works great. But I bought this as a extra to keep in my pack. The handle on my Stealth falls off when carrying it with the shoulder strap. I didn't want to get to my stand and find my handle missing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome idea. Needs refined Good idea but it needs refined for the fit in a crossbow. I have a stealth and on a few occasions it’s come out.

Does this handle fit the wicked ridge rex 400 and will it store in the stock?  Are all accudraw handles the same?  Thanks

Asked by: stoneyvt
Yes, it will work on an ACUdraw or ACUdraw PRO installed on a Wicked Ridge RDX 400, and the handle will store in the stock. We also offer the ACUtorq crank handle, which has a slip-clutch system. Either handles will work.

My Nitro RDX is brand new, never cocked.  Cannot remove crank handle from stock.  Is there a trick to this?

Asked by: Crank handle frustrated
You pivot the handle end straight out to the side.

Do you have any videos on installation of the hand crank on the ACU 50?

Asked by: Jim Ekman
I believe the question was...."any video's on installation". Not on "storage of the handle". I too would like to see a video of Installation. I have a Vortex.

Can I get one without the magnet. I have a pacemaker

Asked by: Raz70
Yes you can. Just call us directly. Also, if you just store that in a leg pocket or backpack you will be good. The magnet in crank the handle is very small.

I live in Muncie, Indiana 4704.....Is there a dealer close to me where I can buy a crank handle?

Asked by: Berf
There is not a dealer within about 30 miles of you that would have it. The Outdoorsman in Greenwood, IN is probably the closest dealer that would stock that. You can order it on line. In a pinch, you can also use a 1/4 inch socket driver. This is not the best scenario, but it will get you out in the woods.
