Voluntary Product Recall

Only the stock assembly is required for repair of the preload condition. It is recommended that you remove the bow assembly and scope prior to shipping the stock assembly. For instructions on how to remove the bow assembly and/or scope, please refer to your model specific owner’s manual or contact the TenPoint Customer Service Department by phone at 800-548-6837 (from 9:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m ET, Monday through Friday) or by email at safetyrecall@tenpointcrossbows.com.
