Location: Hazen, Arkansas | Received my Turbo XLT II today, my first crossbow in 35 years of bowhunting. This crossbow is everything I hoped for, a top quality peice of equipment! Went ahead and got mine with the acu-draw, a nice feature. Once assembled and lubed took it out to sight in. After some elevation and azimuth adjustments it was zeroed in at 20 yds., busted a nock with the second group of three arrows. Tweeked it a bit at 30 yds, dead on at 40 and 50 yds. This is one bad accurate crossbow! Also got the Bowjax kit with it which makes it virtually vibration free, a nice solid thunk upon arrow release and not loud by crossbow standards. It has a good balance with the weight evenly distributed, not forend heavy like some other manufactuers. Took the bow to the archery shop where I work part time weighed my arrows and shot them through the chronograph. I"m shooting a 2219 shaft with 2" blazer vanes and 100 gr. points, they weighed in at 439.7 grns. and were traveling 323 fps. which I thought was outstanding. |

Location: Oklahoma | I think the new blazer is a hair shorter and that eliminates most problems associated with it rubbing on rails.
I am going to order some and fletch my bolts with them, but they are suppose to be TenPoint safe.
Happy shooting.
