Location: Waverly, New York | I have always been a fan of the SKB line of cases, but when I bought my Phantom CLS crossbow, they did not make one to fit my Phantom. I have been told that they finally came out with one that should fit. It is model 2SKB-8010-M. Does anyone know for sure if this will fit? How about with the Steady Eddy? I want to order one if it will fit. Thanks in advance for you help and input. |

I bought the 8010-M last fall to carry my Carbon Fusion to & from the lease. Got tired of having to be super careful about where I placed my bow in the truck so it wouldn't get damaged in the soft case. This is my first SKB box and I can tell you I love everything about it. The closures are first class, the durability of the case is great. It holds everything I need for my bow on a weekend hunting trip. There's plenty of room inside and you really get the sense your bow is protected. I do remove the Steddy Eddy when putting my bow in the case. The handles are very nice and it has castors to pull behind
you on hard surfaces. Great case......I recommend it! Good luck! |

Location: Waverly, New York | Thanks TMASS. So the clip that holds the steady eddy is not a problem in the case? There is enough clearance? I am sure I will like the case, I am just concerened about the crossbow fitting in the case. Again, thanks for your help. |

Location: North Texas | Patches - I disconnect the steady eddy from the bow and lay it along side in the case. Plenty of room and easy to disconnect / reconnect. |
